Hallelujah!!

We pray that you are doing well and resting in the peace of our Lord.

The Rainbow Family greets you in the name of Jesus.

As the flowers bloom in radiant colors and shapes—almost as if they are proclaiming the handiwork of God—the bright spring weather feels especially beautiful.

We would like to introduce a new family who recently joined us: 34‑year‑old single mother Viviana and her four children—her son Braiden and her three daughters, Brianna, Brissa, and Bella.

Viviana was born in Mexico and moved to California with her parents when she was two years old. She grew up working hard and living responsibly, and after getting married, she and her husband welcomed their son and began building a family. However, due to her husband’s gambling addiction, the family fell into overwhelming debt, and their lives were shaken to the point where Viviana had no choice but to seek a new path with her children.

In that difficult season, God led Viviana and her children to Rainbow Family Ministry. Now, in a stable and safe environment, they are slowly rebuilding their lives. Viviana is dreaming of a healthy future with her children, making new plans in the Lord, and taking steps forward one day at a time. Hope is beginning to grow in her heart again, and the children are also finding stability.

We have a special prayer request.

Her 9 year old son Braiden has hearing issues in both ears and is in need of surgery. It is a heavy burden for a child so young, but we are earnestly praying that God will touch Brayden’s ears and open the way for the treatment and healing he needs. Your warm intercessory prayers will be a great encouragement to this family.

We also want to express our deep gratitude to all who continue to support Rainbow Family Ministry with unwavering love and prayer.

In particular, we sincerely thank the Fyla group, who visits our ministry twice a month to bring comfort and love to our children and mothers. The Fyla team not only prepares financial support and meals with great care, but also strengthens our families through the warmth of their presence, encouragement, and love. Each visit brings joy to the children and gives the mothers courage to rise again.

Through your faithful service, we continually witness God pouring His grace of comfort and restoration into the Rainbow Family. We humbly ask that you continue to walk with us in prayer and love so that our families may grow stronger in God’s love and move forward with renewed hope.

Dear Friends,

Hallelujah!!

Greetings from the Rainbow Family in the grace of our Lord. We continue to strive each day to live according to His Word, and we pray that the peace and renewed strength of the Lord will fill your lives just as He has filled this new spring season with warmth and hope.

We are grateful to God for the gift of a new beginning, and it is our joy to introduce two new families who have recently joined us. Introducing Jingyi and her baby son, Damian

We are blessed to welcome 27‑year‑old Jingyi and her 3‑month‑old son, Damian, into the Rainbow Family. Jingyi immigrated from China to San Francisco with her parents when she was just one year old and grew up there. Although she is now living far from her family and often feels the weight of loneliness, she is courageously following the new path God is opening before her. After meeting the father of her child, she moved to Los Angeles, where she faced many challenges. The baby’s father is currently incarcerated, and Jingyi is rebuilding her life on her own with her infant son. Despite the difficulties, she has chosen not to give in to discouragement but instead to hold firmly to the new hope she has found in Jesus. She desires to raise her son in faith, to grow stronger day by day, and to rebuild the dreams God has placed in her heart. Her courage and sincerity are truly beautiful.

We kindly ask for your prayers and support so that Jingyi and her baby may experience healing, stability, and the fullness of God’s love through the ministry of Rainbow Family.

Introducing Arlene, Gabriella, and Serenity

We also welcome 24‑year‑old Arlene and her two daughters—3‑year‑old Gabriella and 1‑year‑old Serenity. Arlene was born and raised in San Bernardino and became a mother of two at a young age. However, she went through a difficult season of addiction, during which her eldest daughter, Gabriella, experienced an accident in the bathtub that resulted in a lifelong disability. Arlene carries deep sorrow over this incident and often weeps, believing it was her fault. Yet even through this pain, Arlene has chosen to rise again for the sake of her daughters. She is working hard each day, determined to build a better future for her children and to walk a new path of restoration. Her desire to change and her love for her daughters are truly moving.

We humbly ask for your continued prayers and loving support so that this family may experience true healing, comfort, and renewed hope in the Lord.

In these troubled times, filled with so much pain and complexity, God has hidden away people like you and me those who remain steadfast in prayer, undivided from the world yet not swayed by its circumstances. Even now, we are grateful for His providence, allowing us to hold onto faith and live as His people, serving our neighbors. We hope to continue walking in victory, trusting in His plan.

We hope you are staying well amidst these unpredictable weather changes. The Rainbow Family, striving to live according to God’s Word within His grace, sends you warm greetings.

We are grateful to share that two new families have recently joined our community.

First, we welcome 24‑year‑old Arlene, along with her 3‑year‑old daughter Gabriella and 1‑year‑old baby Serena.  Arlene was born and raised in California, and after graduating from high school, she worked diligently in various jobs to support herself. Now, as she cares for her two young children on her own, she expressed a deep sense of responsibility and a heartfelt desire to build a stable and hopeful future for them.

As Arlene and her little ones take this courageous step toward a new beginning, we kindly ask for your prayers and support so they may experience warmth, love, and restoration during their time here.

We are also pleased to welcome 37‑year‑old Aurora and her 4‑month‑old baby, Anden.

Aurora grew up in California and shared that, from her teenage years until now, various hardships and difficult choices have strained her relationships with her parents and siblings. However, as she begins a new chapter at Rainbow Mission, she carries a sincere longing to rebuild and restore her family relationships.

As Aurora and baby Anden stand at the starting point of this new journey, your care and prayers will be a great source of strength, helping them experience healing, love, and renewed hope.

Thank you always for your compassion and partnership. Your support makes it possible for these mothers and their children to take brave steps toward restoration and a brighter future.

“Yesterday was the magpie’s New Year’s Day, but today is our New Year’s Day…”

In the love and grace of our Lord, the Rainbow Family greets you in the name of Jesus as we celebrate the Lunar New Year.

We would like to introduce a new family who joined us last month: 28‑year‑old single mother Gloria, her 4‑year‑old daughter Journey, and her 5‑month‑old baby Discovery.

Gloria was born in Mexico and immigrated to California with her parents when she was four years old. She later married, but her husband struggled with drug addiction and repeatedly went in and out of prison, causing her deep pain. Over time, she also became addicted, and in her desire to break free from that life, she came to the Rainbow Family Ministry.

We also want to introduce the group led by teacher Jung‑hwa Lim, who has been faithfully visiting the ministry every other week for several years to play with the children and help them with their studies. What a precious blessing it is to see such devoted young students in a world that often feels chaotic. We truly believe the Lord will abundantly bless their future. Thank you.

Through the grace of the Lord and the prayers and support of our donors, the Rainbow Family Ministry has been miraculously established as a true place of refuge. We ask for your continued partnership in prayer and support so that many wounded and marginalized souls may continue to find healing through the beautiful love of Jesus. Thank you.

Happy New Year!!

Dear friends, Hallelujah!!

As we welcome the first month of the new year, we pray that the grace and peace of our Lord may overflow in your homes and in every part of your lives.  

With the door to 2026 now open, our hearts are filled with anticipation and excitement for the new paths God will unfold for our community.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who prayed for and partnered with our ministry throughout the past year.  

Because of your dedication and love, we were able to share the light of the Gospel with families in need and with the next generation. As we look back on all that God has done through your faithful support, our hearts are full of thanksgiving.

January is a time to renew our hearts and realign our steps before God.  

This year, Rainbow Family Ministry desires to continue serving with the conviction that when a healthy family is built upon the Gospel, that family becomes a channel of life and restoration for other families.

As we begin the new year, we hold tightly once again to the mission God has entrusted to us, and we hope to walk forward in obedience, one step at a time.  

Each one of you is a precious partner in this ministry and a beloved member of God’s family as we build His kingdom together.

Last July, Rainbow Family Ministry was blessed to be featured on CGNTV’s *Mission Log*.  

After watching the broadcast, Mr. Taewon Kim and his family embraced our ministry in their hearts and supported us with great love and generosity. We sincerely thank them, and we pray that God’s abundant grace and peace will always rest upon Mr. Kim and his household.

This past Christmas, we had a truly grace-filled time with our Rainbow families through the gifts and beautiful music prepared by FYLA. The children and their families were filled with joy and comfort, and we were deeply touched by the love with which they served. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone at FYLA for remembering our families and sharing such warm generosity. May God’s abundant blessings and grace always be with you.

We were also blessed by a visit from the Rainbow Cell Group of Immanuel Baptist Church, who have supported us faithfully with unchanging love and prayer for many years. Their presence brought great encouragement and comfort to our families. We sincerely thank you for your quiet yet steadfast prayers and love.

In addition, we are grateful to Rev. Hyunsoo Kim, Pastor Emeritus of Torrance Good Shepherd Church, along with his wife and Deaconess Sungwon Yoon, for visiting Rainbow Family Ministry and offering us great love and encouragement. We pray that God’s grace and peace will continually rest upon the loving service of the pastor, his wife, and Deaconess Yoon.

We pray that the protection, hope, and peace of the Lord will always be with you who constantly provide to neighbors in need with outstretched arms. We bless that you be filled with spiritual things of heaven and the fertile things of the earth.
