Rainbow Choir         2015 Summer School Graduation  Assemblywoman Young Kim

Dear Friends,

Hallelujah!!

I hope and pray all is well with you. In the name of the Lord, Rainbow Family offers our greetings.

With 26 graduating students and 50-60 guests, the 2015 RFI Summer school Program that was initiated through your prayers and support had elaborate graduation ceremony.

During summer, they students were able to sense a bit of freedom from their leaving condition by making observations and visiting amusement parks. Unimaginable in their given situation, they even learned to play instruments. They were also given the opportunity to follow the footsteps of European artists as they hung all their excellent pieces on their walls at home for display. Not only that but once every week they learned to handle their money during our shopping trips. Seeing our choir praise the Lord with meaningful choreography allowed me to imagine the Lord’s smile as he looked down upon them.

With a humble mind I want to thank Director Lim Jung Hwa and her fellow students from Livingstone community volunteer program who have come out every day during this summer to offer their time for the kids. I would also like to thank the RFI board members and the Edison International for their prayers and financial support, and unceasing love. And last but not least, I would like to offer my thanks to all the Pastors and Church attendees who have taken the time to visit and pray for our children and support our program. Without friends like you I dare not think it would have been possible for our kids who have been discouraged by their circumstances to develop such great self-esteem and self-confidence. With great gospel education, these children are displaying bright attitudes and overflowing love. I would lastly like to thank Kim Dong Gil, who has donate and prepare gifts and supplies for the students at the graduation.

Assemblywoman Young Kim has also showered her love with greatly needed school supplies to the kids. The RFI after school students have also participated in this event. Listening to words of encouragement from Young Kim, the students had a great time. I take my time once again to thank Assemblywoman Young Kim and Livingstone Doctor Park Kyung Il.

Phillipians4:6-7

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

I pray that the power of resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ will be with you, your family, and your church always and God bless you!

Because He lives,
